Make, model, generation, actual year of manufacture and an interior photo help us assess your vehicle. Tell us which areas you want to change.
We first discuss your wishes and the options. We agree the product, exact scope, total price and expected timing in the workshop before you place the order.
Installation takes place in Schwechat at the agreed appointment. When you collect your vehicle, we show you the new system and how to use it.
RETROFIT QUESTIONS
From subtle contours to dynamic colour effects: light lines on the dashboard and doors, footwell or handle areas are tailored to your equipment and preferred style.
Depending on the agreed system, via an app or the vehicle menu. We show you how it works at handover.
This depends on the vehicle and installation scope. We agree the planned completion timeframe and collection with you. Visits are by appointment.
Supplementary coding agreed as part of an ambient lighting upgrade may be overwritten. Contact us if this happens. We discuss any chargeable restoration beforehand; statutory defect remedy rights remain unaffected.
Contact us directly and describe the issue, ideally with a photo or video. We arrange an inspection with you and assess its connection to the installation. Your statutory warranty rights remain in place.
