From your first idea to collection: know what happens next, what information we need and when we make decisions together.

Enquire about your car

  1. Show us your idea

    Send us the make, model, year and an interior photo. Briefly describe your wishes. This initial enquiry is non-binding.

  2. Reserve workshop time

    We arrange an appointment. Before you confirm, you receive the separate appointment terms. The reservation secures workshop time; it is not yet a purchase or installation order.

  3. Decide together at the workshop

    At the workshop, we agree the product, functions, installation positions, scope, total price and completion timeframe. Only then do you place the purchase or installation order.

  4. Install and keep in touch

    We carry out the agreed installation. If extra work or replacement parts are needed, we agree their scope and cost with you before carrying out chargeable work.

  5. Collect and get familiar

    At handover, we explain operation and demonstrate the agreed functions where possible. You can also contact us directly afterwards with questions or complaints.
