Technical operation
To operate and protect the website, we process IP address, time, page requested, and browser and device details (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; legitimate interest in secure, reliable operation). Recipients are commissioned IT providers and subcontractors for hosting, databases, content delivery and security in the EEA, particularly Ireland, and in the United Kingdom and USA. Technical data is processed only as long as necessary for operation, security and resolving faults.
Transfers outside the EEA require an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as EU standard contractual clauses (Arts. 45 and 46 GDPR). Vehicle enquiries and contact
The form prepares a WhatsApp message and does not store entries on this website. When you open it, the text is passed to WhatsApp; you send it yourself. The WhatsApp privacy policy apply. We process contact and vehicle data for your enquiry or order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We retain it as long as necessary for these purposes or statutory retention obligations.
Relevant vehicle condition, installation work and complaints may be documented with notes, photos and necessary diagnostic extracts: for contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and asserting or defending claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Records are kept only as long as required for these purposes or legal obligations. Publication for advertising is agreed separately.
Projects, customer reviews and external links
Photos load directly from this website. When you open the homepage, Google reviews, the overall rating and review count are retrieved from Google Places through our server without forwarding the visitor’s IP address to the Places API. Review data is not stored permanently. Vehicle filters run in your browser; your selection may appear in the page URL.
The embedded Google map on the contact page loads automatically when you approach the map area, regardless of your website analytics choice. Google Ireland Limited processes in particular your IP address and technical connection data; processing in the USA is possible. Your selected language is stored as a language code for up to one year; your cookie choice is stored without a visitor identifier for 90 days. You can change both settings or delete them in your browser.
Cookies and visitor statistics
Without analytics consent: We count page views by hour, page and broad traffic source, without analytics cookies, stored IP addresses or individual browsing histories (legitimate interest in improving the website; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
With your consent: Our own statistics record IP address, access time, pages visited and interactions (clicks, gallery, scrolling, time spent and form steps), browser, device, time zone, traffic source and, where available, approximate location. We use this to improve the website; form entries and messages are not recorded (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; § 165(3) TKG 2021). The approximate IP location includes country, region, city, approximate coordinates and network organisation (ASN), where available. It is not GPS tracking or a home address.
Retention: There is no time-based automatic deletion. Data remains until manual deletion or withdrawal; legal deletion obligations still apply. Our analytics cookies last up to 90 days; the session cookie lasts 30 minutes from the last activity.
Google Analytics: With your consent, we use Google Analytics by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; § 165(3) TKG 2021). Google processes online identifiers, usage, device and approximate location data. The cookies ‘_ga’ and ‘_ga_*’ last up to 90 days; retention at Google depends on the Analytics property settings. Your decision: Analytics is voluntary. You can withdraw consent at any time through ‘Cookie settings’. ‘Necessary only’ stops detailed tracking, removes analytics cookies and requests deletion of the associated data in our own statistics. This does not automatically delete data already stored at Google. Withdrawal applies going forward.
Your rights
